This month Sektor won the "Member of the Month" award. The following information contains his TKOL team, strategies, thoughts about the game, and some information about him.

Ez(Alphonse). Class is sword master. HP:450. MP:157. Is level 50 with 558
strength, 238 intelligence, 386 agility. Has a fire snap dragon
equiped(str+127, int+85, agi+59). Wears the goblin helm, nathalork mail, and
warp shoes. Has fluid magic.

Allos: Class is swordmaster.HP:441. MP:145. Is level 50 with 453 strength,
239 intelligence, and 367 agility. Has a water snap dragon equiped(str+132,
int+87, agi+59). Wears plate mail, freude helm, and warp ring. Has fluid
magic.

Nur: Class is swordmaster.HP:443. MP:145. Is level 50 with 429 strength, 231
intelligence, and 375 agility. Has a wind snap dragon equiped(str+126,
int+89, agi+58). Wears Brigandine, plumed headband, and warp shoes. Has
fluid magic.

Flauros: Class is valkrie.HP:454. MP:127 Is level 50 with 281 strength, 228
intelligence, and 265 agility. Has Zephyrus equipped. Wears plumed headband,
plate mail, and a warp ring. Equipped with fireball and lullaby.

Eva: Class is valrie.HP:457. MP:122. Is level 50 with 277 strength, 235
intelligence, and 277 agility. Has Longicolnis equiped. Wears plumed
headband, plate mail, and warp shoes. Equipped with firestorm, crag crush,
and the spear special tech. Clotho.

Kamui: Class is ninja. HP:362.MP:156. Is level 50 with 236 strength, 209
intelligence, and 426 agility. Has a Tundra Bow equipped. Wears warp ring,
sherwood hat, and forest boots. Equipped with ice javelin and special bow
tech. Lachesis.

Thelma: Class is cleric. HP:358.MP:320. Is level 50 with 202 strength, 373
intelligence, and 211 agility. Has Scipplay's Staff equipped. Wears cloak of
authority, seraph's plume, and dragon helmet. Equipped with Heal Plus,
lightning bow, and resurrection.

Ivanna: Class is knight. HP:566.MP:165. Is level 50 with 461 strength, 296
intelligence, and 328 agility. Has earth snapdragon equiped(str+128, int+88,
agi+57).

STRATEGIES/TIPS:

    At the start of battle, I usually position my cleric in the back. As a
first move, I always move Ivanna forward and attack an enemy. She's
basically my tank because of her high hp and defense. If the enemy has a
fairly low strength number, then I use atropos. Next, I position my sword
masters in a position where they can use Pelting Fury. Once so, I take my
ninja and IF there's a place inaccessible by enemies (I warp on top of a roof
for example), I will use lachesis. Now, for my valkyries, my first attack is
always a distant one (2 tiles away form enemy) so I won't get any damage
during the first phase of combat. I DO NOT use clothos at the very beginning
of the match, rather I wait until my healer has enough mp to cast Pure Heal.

DESPERATION TECHNIQUE: If you're really desperate and you know your enemies
next phase is your last, here is my strategy. If your characters are fairly
close to the leader, have the priest use holy bolt on the leader's back.
Once that is done, I take Ivanna and use atropos towards his back. After, I
take my leader, Ez, and strike the enemy leader in the back. Next, I use
lachesis on the leader with my ninja. Then I take my valkyrie, Flauros, and
attack the leader 1 tile away on the side. After that, I take my other
valkyrie and go to the enemy leader's other side (now his back) and use
clothos. Doing this, you will hit both the leader and your other valkyrie,
triggering your valkyrie to counter attack and hit the leader once more. If
still not dead, I take my other sword masters and use pelting fury on him.
Then, I am victorious and leave my enemy weeping :).

Tactics Ogre Board/Info about myself

   The Tactics Ogre Board is one of the best message boards I have ever been
to. It's not about the topic of Tactics Ogre that makes it the best, but how
great the people are and how well the board is put together that makes me
love it. If you're looking for a great time and just want to chill and talk
about anything, here's the place to go! With over 500 members you're sure to
make some new friends, I know I did!

   Now, a little bit about myself. I'm a 16 year old high school student
living in Winchester, Massachusetts. Some hobbies that I enjoy are
skateboarding, basketball, computers, and video games. I'm also a black belt
in Tae Kwon Doe and enjoy it a lot. I'm pretty handy at some programs such as
Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash. I also know HTML. Some of my favorite
old school video games include: NES: Super Mario Bros. 3, Star Tropics, The
Legend of Zelda, and Kirby's Dreamland. SNES: The Secret of Mana, Final
Fantasy 3, Illusion of Gaia, Seiken Densetsu 3, Earthbound, Ultimate Mortal
Kombat 3, and Turtles in Time, SEGA: Shining Force 2, Vector Man, and Sonic
2.(A lot of them isn't there? :)). I also like Dragon Force for the Saturn.
My AIM is Knuckles 523 and my favorite character in the MK games is none
other than Sektor!


THOUGHTS OF TO:TKOL

   I started played Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis in the beginning of
last month and let me tell you, It's by far the BEST gameboy game out to
date... It received many acclaims too such as Best gba game, Best story for
gba, and Best RPG. If you own a gameboy advance and love strategy/rpg games,
then this is definitely one worth getting! Believe me, this game has high
value and has at the very least 25 hours of single player game play, not
including the quest mode and all the secrets hidden throughout it. If you
had a friend to play this game with, then you will never get bored of this
game!
